Cards used must be shown at time of services to ensure that you are the cardholder. If the cardholder is purchasing services on behalf of someone else, the cardholder must send a copy of the card used and driver’s license to Help721Glamco@gmail.com

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES 

There are no warranties or guarantees on any product(s) sold by/at 721 Glam Company or online. Buyers assume all risk and liabilities of any products or items purchased from our studio or online. Hair stylist and wholesaler(s) who purchase product(s) of any kind, are 100% responsible and liable for any issues, damages, health related issues or dissatisfactions of their personal buyers and clients. Seller warrants that the products sold hereunder, shall be of Sellers standard quality, but the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the possession, use or dispositions and resale of such products whether used singly or in combination with other substances of any kind. However, IF a client experience issues that are proven fault of 721 GLAM Co. please make the company aware of the issue and we will rectify any issues according to our company policies.

GENERAL STUDIO RULES 

Only Clients being serviced are to be present during hair appointment.

OUR STUDIO, is not held liable for products held in customs (international) fedex, ups,USPS or dhl that exceeds 721 Glam Co.  control. We will notify our clients of any delays and provide all possible solutions.

TAXES apply to all clients unless otherwise stated 

CUSTOM ORDERS, clients who purchase custom orders must be sure of the exact texture and length, as all custom orders are final.
